I have had extensive training in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling. I have a BSc Hons degree in Psychology and have been in Private Practice for over 15 years.  This experience has lead me to understand and conclude that one size doesn't fit all in therapy.  We are all unique beings, which is why I tailor make my therapy to meet each clients needs. I believe that that the foundation of a happy and successful life is learning to form  solid relationships, most importantly with oneself.

I work with individuals, couples, families, students and trainee counsellors.
I am a member of both the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the  British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to their Ethical Framework.   If you would like to find out more information about BACP at: http://www.bacp.co.uk/

You can  find me on my BACP page: http://www.counselling-directory.org.uk/counsellor_24433.html.
